Shipping policy
All wholesale orders within Australia are despatched via Direct Freight and a signature is required. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on location.
New Zealand orders are despatched via DHL. A flat rate handling charge applies.
Please let us know in the order comments if you have specific delivery requirements (eg. closed Mondays)
Generally, all products will be shipped within 1-2 working days of order and we will always attempt to ship your order within this estimated period. If the expected delivery period for your requested product(s) is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order. All due care is given with packing your order to ensure a safe delivery.
Printed invoices are not included with your delivery - your invoice will be emailed. If you would like a printed copy please note this in your order comments.
