ORDER MINIMUMS
Our minimum order value is $500 excl gst and freight.

Should your order be below this amount you will be unable to checkout and finalise your order.

PRODUCT MINIMUMS AND PACK SIZES
All Tonic products are sold in packs.

Heat Pillows - packs of 4
Heat Wraps, Large Jewellery Cubes & Carry All - packs of 2
Hot Water Bottles - packs of 3
Cosmetic 
Bags & Regular Jewellery Cubes - packs of 3
Soaps & Candles - packs of 6
Manicure & Sewing Sets - packs of 12
Eye Masks & Eye Pillows - packs of 3
Drawer Liners & Sachets - packs of 3

You will be alerted at checkout if any styles in your cart are not in the correct pack size.

BACK ORDERS
You are able to place orders online for selected out of stock items.

At checkout please select the option to hold your order until complete or split.

Once your order is placed we will contact you with expected delivery dates for any back ordered styles.

PAYMENTS
Tonic Wholesale online accepts payments via all major credit cards and PayPal.

If you prefer to pay by direct transfer, select 'Pay via Bank Deposit' at checkout and an invoice will be emailed to you within 1 working day for payment.

SHIPPING

Freight & handling charges are applied based on your delivery location and are applied at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY
Please check your delivery carefully within 7 days of receipt as goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery.

No refunds will be provided for a change of mind or for an incorrect choice.

If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued.

Please contact us via email info@tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return. Items being returned are shipped at the customers cost.
