When will my order be shipped?
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 working day of payment confirmation but across the holiday season we are operating on reduced staff so there may be some delay in despatch. Your patience is appreciated.
After 9th January, we'll be back on track and if your order is confirmed and paid for before 10:30am (AEST) it will be despatched same day!
Where is my order shipping from?
Tonic ships all orders from Melbourne, Australia.
Can I collect my order?
At this time we do not offer click and collect for orders.
Can I change, add to or cancel my order?
If you wish to change, add to or cancel your order, please email or call us (firstname.lastname@example.org or +61 3 9523 1377) and we will do our best to assist. If your order is already in the packing queue, changes and cancellation may not be possible so please check your order carefully before completing it.
I’ve received my order and there’s a problem!
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your Tonic order please email us email@example.com or call +61 3 9523 1377 explaining the situation and we will be happy to assist.
All orders should be checked within 7 days of receipt and any issues advised immediately. This will give us the best chance to solve any problems in a timely manner.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that will direct you to the Direct Freight or DHL website for information. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with any tracking concerns.
The item I want is sold out – can you tell me when it’s back?
You can pre order items that are sold out and have them placed on back order. At checkout you will be prompted to select whether your order should be held until it can be shipped complete or split with available styles despatched straight away. Pre payment for back orders is required when ordering online but only one shipping charge will be applied.
How are Tonic items packaged?
Heat Pillows, Hot Water Bottles, Jewellery Cubes, Cosmetic Bags and Soaps are sent in packs - there are no individual bags or boxes for these products in order to reduce waste.
Eye Pillows, Eye Masks, Shower Caps & Bath Pillows are presented in RPET boxes.
Each pack is delivered in our corn starch bags (wherever possible) which are biodegradable.
