Perfect for meditation, relaxation and a savasana practise, this Eye Pillow provides a gentle weight to pressure points across the eyes and temples and is hand-filled in Australia with locally sourced Flaxseed, Rosemary, Juniper, Lavender and Chamomile Flowers. Reducing light in the room, it can be used at room temperature for an indulgent relaxation experience, gently heated to ease the symptoms of dry eyes or cooled down to soothe tired and puffy eyes.
Directions for use: Lie down and make yourself comfortable and gently place your eye pillow across your closed eyes. Aromatic benefits will help to soothe and calm the nervous system. To use warm: Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds, then increments of 10 seconds until you reach desired temperature. Do not overheat.
